The Old Palace Cinema, Wellingborough 

The long closed Palace Cinema was acquired in 2004. The two screens were converted to create The Cutting Room pub, diner and night club. The first floor is let to Cooper Snooker Centre who have 12 Snooker tables and 8 Pool tables.

Completion July 2005.
