Bowlers Yard, Earls Barton
The industrial site of an office, 3 warehouse units and a disused Victorian factory was acquired in 2003. The units were let to local tenants until planning permission was obtained to redevelop the site into 11 houses. The old factory will be converted to 3 houses and a terrace of new build will create a courtyard development, as the perspective drawing shows.
Completion Spring 2017.
Waterside, Lympstone
The original cottage was bought at auction in 2009 and refurbished. Planning permission to demolish and redevelop was obtained in 2012. The BBC TV series Homes Under the Hammer filmed the auction, the original cottage, the refurb and returned in 2014 to film the new property.

Dean House, Birmingham
The original property was acquired in 2001 adjacent to the proposed Bull Ring. Planning permission for a new 6 storey development providing 77 flats over a restaurant and convenience store was obtained in 2002. The flats were sold to Irish Investors off plan and the building is now run as an Aparthotel business.
Completion 2004.
